Description

Special positive regulated charge controller for charging 2 lead or AIRBATT-LiFePO4 batteries in gliders.
The SLRK 1252 has 2 separate outputs for charging 2 batteries. The regulator is protected against overload and reverse polarity. The charging status is indicated by a multi-function LED. The charge controller can be used as a successor to the OS4 as well as limited for OS2 from Strobl-Solar.

Technical features:

  • very small 67x58x22mm LxWxH
  • maximum charge current solar module 8A
  • maximum input voltage 30V
  • charging voltage Uo 14.8V
  • standby voltage 13.8V
  • no own current consumption (reverse current)
  • automatic overcharge protection
  • optimal full charge and charge Retention
  • high charging Efficiency
  • function indicator by LED
  • short-circuit-proof
  • reverse polarity protection
  • Special AIRBATT charging characteristic (IUoU)
  • for charging with Strobel-Solar solar cells in aircraft
  • replaces Strobl-Solar charge controller OS4 (limited for OS2)

Function indicators by green LED light:

  • off: no battery(ies) connected / solar panel does not supply enough voltage
  • glows/flickers: battery(ies) charging / charging
  • lights up continuously: full charge voltage reached / standby voltage
